VARK activity

In this chapter i discovered that i learn best by readiing, writing, and kinestetic learning. This means that when i want something to stick in my head i either need examples like acting it out or showing me, or i read and write it down. I should take notes and read my materials throughly if i want to get stronger at this type of learning. For kinestetic I need to particate physically in the activity to fully understand what the material is. I think the surveys in the focus book are pretty accurate. Because I know that i dont retain the informatuion as well if i just listen and dont write down anything.
